As others have described, the knowledge is this book is meaningful, but obtusely expressed. It's a bit like the difference between taking violin lessons from a concert violinist, vs.
The concert violinist goes, "Do what I do" while playing a symphonic piece, and leaves it to you to break it down and perform. The violin teacher has already broken down the methodology into easy, sequential steps, with plenty of examples and practice.

The concert violinist goes, "Do what I do" while playing a symphonic piece, and leaves it to you to break it down and perform. No hype, gimmicks, or secret sauce.
